Great location! 2 minute walk to Taksim Square and the shopping and great restaurants! Just off side street from square makes it quiet after the business of the main area. Felt very safe. Arrived three days early for meet up with tour and our luggage did not arrive with us, not the hotels fault but wanted to say how kind the front staff were to us, which was appreciated as we were very tired coming from Canada and frustrated- no luggage. We were to change rooms from our beautiful suite with balcony to standard room for the tour portion of our trips but they let us stay in our suite for two extra nights, at no extra cost ! that was so kind! The staff goes above and beyond for their guests. Thank you to all the front desk staff for making our stay special, they are great- stay here!!!!!!!!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. We would like to warmly thank the entire team, especially ( MELEK, BERFIN, FIRAT and SERHAT) for their warm welcome that made us feel at home. A special thank you to MELEK and BIRFIN, who were exceptional. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, including helping us change rooms due to noise from our neighbors. They also helped my wife organize my birthday at the hotel, a gesture we greatly appreciated. Every time we had a request, MELEK and BIRFIN did not hesitate to do whatever was necessary to satisfy us. The hotel was very clean and true to the photos. We will definitely return!

We are staying in Elite Word Comfy Istanbul for yet another holiday and we are more than happy! The staff - fromt desk manager Mr. Serhat, Mrs. Berfin and also Mr. Firat were very polite, very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. We received a great surprise from Mr. Serhat in addition and we had our holiday with a smile. The hotel is in the best location just meters away from Taksim Square and we haven't used our car at all. Very clean, very comfortable, the pool is great, restarant offers good food. Everyone is nice and smiling here and really happy to welcome you. A big thank you from us and see you soon again!

We had a pleasant stay at the Elite World Comfy Hotel in Istanbul. The breakfast buffet was very good, and we thoroughly enjoyed it every morning. The location is excellent if you like to be in the center of Taksim, with easy access to buses and taxis. The personnel, especially Roya, Firat, and Harun, were very friendly and offered excellent service. They made our stay more enjoyable with their helpfulness and hospitality. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend the Elite World Comfy Hotel for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Istanbul.

Had an incredible stay here at Elite world. We had exceptional service from Melek and Ruya Su and Firat. They went out of their way to organise a comfortable stay. We were looking for Turkish lamps and they organised a free lamp and a good contact to buy more. We also got free late checkout. The spa service was also exceptional with our first hammam experience with two Balinese masseuse who did an excellent job. We will definitely be back again.
